What personal information do we collect on the Site and why? Questionnaires and Profiles ISVm collects a wide variety of information which is used to execute the necessary matching between the profiles of members and subscribers of our services in order to improve the chance of a successful match. Except as explicitly provided herein, none of the personally identifiable information collected by ISVm as part of the intake questionnaire used by the various engines or personal profile is made accessible to the general public other than information disclosed in ISVm directories. All information is held confidential and can be deleted or modified by the user at anytime. Information collected during the intake questionnaire which may be shared with other users of ISVm will be displayed according to the required functionality of the Site and will only be shown to potential match candidates. Non-subscribing visitors to ISVm are not allowed access to this information in any way. By using ISVm services, you agree to allow us to use the information from you and your company through the ISVm network.
IP Addresses Each visitor to the Site is identified by an IP address during their visit and IP addresses are automatically captured by the Site management software. ISVm uses this information to help improve the operation of the Site and may at some time use this information to help adjust the content of the Site to the general geographic location of the visitor and for reporting purposes.
Cookies ISVm uses small files called "cookies" to improve the quality of a visitor's or user’s interaction with the Site, to recognize You and Your access privileges on our Site, to enable a shopping cart feature, and facilitate other advanced features. Information Supplied by You at Registration ISVm offers a subscriber-based service to help connect IT buyers and IT sellers worldwide, as well as offering products related to enhance the business of members and subscribers. In order to use many features of the Site, to access special offers and to participate in interactive sessions, You will be asked to complete a registration form. During registration, You are required to provide contact information, for You and the company You represent as well as business information about the company You represent. To process subscriptions and/or product purchases, we may require your name, billing address, phone number, email address, shipping address and credit card information. Information gathered during these processes is used to process your order as otherwise described herein. ISVm may use this contact information to confirm your identity, position, or relationship to the particular enterprise of company. Contact and profiled information provided by You is also used to perform potential match identified by the ISVm ProMatch engine based on Your information, Your matching criteria and profile. If you have started, but not completed, the registration process, we may also send you email messages requesting that you complete the registration process and become a subscriber. All of the email messages we send you may contain code that enables our database to track your usage of the emails, including whether the email was opened and/or what links (if any) were clicked. If you would rather not receive emails about new products, promotions or other noteworthy news, please see the section below labeled "Marketing and Opt-Out". Demographic and profile data is also collected at our Site. We use this data to tailor our visitor's experience at our Site, showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences. Some of this information (i.e., customer demographic information) may be shared with advertisers on an aggregate or anonymous basis. When becoming an ISVm member or subscriber, advertisements, promotions and offers from third-party advertisers may be provided to You.
